Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your PERANI pieces. If something's not right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Original proof of purchase required
• Sale, final sale, and pre-order items are not eligible for return unless faulty

How to return

• Email [your support email] with your order number to start a return
• We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

• For a different size or colour, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to guarantee stock

Faulty items

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund

Late or missing refunds
